Some sections may have cards, for example "Section with Cards, 2-6 columns" but also Feature sections and forms (where cards are the fields)

The first part lets you change the card style. This is very similar to the sections styles concept.

The second "View and Edit Cards" lets you do just that.
There cards can be created/edited/deleted and moved, very similar to sections on pages.
